Transfers between the airport and official hotels are available for teams at an additional cost of €35 per person (one way).

For larger teams, individual pricing can be arranged upon request.
Final travel information must be submitted to the Organizing Committee no later than 30 June 2026.

To facilitate team arrivals, the Organizing Committee can provide dedicated bus and minibus transfers from selected international airports:

• Berlin Airport (BER) – travel time approx. 3 hours (270 km)
• Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) – travel time approx. 3 hours (310 km)
