Host Organizing
Committee Services

This option includes accommodation, full borad meals, local transportation, and participation fees, providing a hassle-free experience for attendees.

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • accreditation services;
  • souvenir from the Organizing Committee for all accommodated persons
  • usage the course/athletes area during opening hours;
  • security on the course/athletes area;
  • qualified lifeguard on the course during opening hours;
  • ambulance and/or doctor at the course during opening hours;
  • drinking water;
  • toilets & showers;
  • washing facilities for boats.

Self-Organized Option
Participation Fee Only

This option covers the cost of access period since day of arrival, allowing participants to arrange their own accommodation, meals, and transportation.
