TERMS OF PAYMENT
In case of a booking cancellation, an quivalent of the suffered loss will be charged by the Organizing Committee, as itemized below.
The amount of a cancellation fee will be calculated as a percent of the accommodation package fee according to the following period of notice given:
70% refund if cancelled 30.03.2026 - 17.07.2026
50% refund if cancelled 17.07.2026 - 06.08.2026
After 06.08.2026 no refund
