In case accommodation is booked NOT through the Organizing Committee you are required to pay the Participation Fee.
Every participant (athletes, coaches, team Staff etc.) will be charged a Participation Fee of 30€ per person per day from the day of arrival (no earlier than 22.08.2026) untill the departure day (no later than 31.08.2026).
This option covers the cost of access period since day of arrival, allowing participants to arrange their own accommodation, meals, and transportation.
CATERING/LUNCH
Teams are advised that foods suitable for special dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan) will be provided during meals.
All key allergens (nuts, lactose, gluten, shellfish, fish) will be clearly labeled.
Special dietary requests for lunch will be accommodated upon prior notification, which must be submitted at paddlepoznan@gmail.com no later than 26.07.2026
Please note that additional charges may apply for these requests.
Participation fee does not include lunch. Organizing Committee can provide lunch on the regatta course.
Lunch MUST be ordered no later than two days before team arrive.
